Stir Fry Bell Peppers with Tofu
Tofu is a fantastic vegan substitute for paneer. It contains a lot of protein, amino acids, and calcium. It has a variety of health benefits, including improved eye health and a lower risk of developing several chronic diseases.

The sauce's sweet and tangy flavours are perfectly balanced by the addition of chilli flakes, toasted sesame seeds, and crushed black peppercorns.
- 1 cup bell peppers
- 1/2 cup tofu, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- seasoning optional
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet.
Stir in the bell peppers, but make sure you dont overcook them.
Add the tofu and seasoning with salt and pepper.
