Stir Fry Bell Peppers with Tofu
Combining stir-fried tofu and bell pepper to create a delectable and soulful dish that can be served alone or with steamed rice, noodles, or quinoa. Colourful vegetables and oven-dried tofu chunks are tossed in a flavorful sauce making this vegan tofu bell pepper stir-fry. The sauce's sweet and tangy flavours are perfectly balanced by the addition of chilli flakes, toasted sesame seeds, and crushed black peppercorns.
- 1 cup bell peppers
- 1/2 cup tofu, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- seasoning optional
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet.
Stir in the bell peppers, but make sure you dont overcook them.
Add the tofu and seasoning with salt and pepper.
