Stir Fry Bell Peppers with Tofu

Ingredients
- 1 cup bell peppers
- 1/2 cup tofu, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- seasoning optional
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet.

Stir in the bell peppers, but make sure you dont overcook them.
