This Baked Sweet Potato Fries recipe is delicious and are a better option than french fries. They're simple to make and have a sweet and salty flavour. Furthermore, they are more nutrient-dense and enjoyed by people of all ages."

Ingredients

  

  • Parchment paper
  • 2 Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

 

  • Cut your 2 sweet potatoes that are about 1/4-inch wide.
  • Soak these potatoes for at least 30 minutes in cold water. After that, rinse, drain, and dry.
  • Toss the sweet potatoes equally with olive oil in a dry basin or ziplock bag.
  • Finally, place the fries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread them out evenly.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C, turning once in between for 15 to 20 mins.
  • Be careful to remove the pan halfway through and turn the fries.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven, generously season the fries with 1/4 tspsalt, 1/4 tsp pepper and set aside for another 3-5 minutes.

    ENJOY! Then immediately serve and enjoy!
