This crisp tender snack is a marvelous alternative healthy snack. contains only 135.4 calories and nobody would ever guess that these are actually baked!
Ingredients
- one zucchini cut into pieces
- whole wheat flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chilli flakes
- Oregano
- Water
- Whole wheat bread crumbs
Instructions

Cut the zucchini into pieces.

Combine the whole wheat flour and spices in a slurry.

Coat the zucchini with slurry first, then whole wheat bread crumbs, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C until golden and crisp.
