Immunity-Boosting Recipe – Oats Smoothie
Adding whole grains, such as oats, to your slurpable breakfast beverage provides a slew of health benefits without adding any extra work. Oats have been linked to a higher quality of life and they aid digestion, fullness, and hunger.
- 2 tbsp Oats
- 5 Almonds
- 1 tsp Chia seeds/ any other seeds
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt/ curd
- 1/2 cup Low fat milk
- 4 Dates (soaked and pitted)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Combine 2 tablespoons oats, 5 almonds, 1 tablespoon chia seeds or any other seeds, 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt or curd, 1/2 cup low fat milk, 4 dates (soaked and pitted), and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder in a blender.
